Premium Solution
CertFocus can step up from our full service solution by making a dedicated account manager available to work directly with your risk management department. Experienced and trained insurance professionals, our dedicated account managers understand insurance issues including limits of liability, unique coverages, and vital endorsements. You can always speak with a dedicated account manager to be sure your COI’s will be in compliance and even change requirements on the fly when needed.
In addition to our frequently used reports, CertFocus can customize reports for you. Many of our reports can be used to fulfill carrier audit requirements. Efficient and accurate, our reports help speed the audit process.
Full Service Solution
With this popular solution, CertFocus becomes your COI tracking and compliance department, to take the burden off your risk management department, and free risk managers for more critical functions.
CertFocus will receive all your COI’s in our U.S.-based operation center, where our trained staff installs your COI data into the CertFocus software system. Our account managers, utilizing our proprietary system, evaluate compliance and, where needed, take appropriate action. CertFocus files compliant COI’s, demands reissue of non-compliant COI’s, and electronically requests all renewals. A list of reports is always available to the end user.
Self Service Solution
The CertFocus system is specifically designed to provide the end user a fast, effective, easy-to-use process to track COI’s that dramatically improves compliance. Training and support, including a chat module, is provided as the user moves through the system. Utilize your existing staff to track COI’s and even integrate with your accounting software.
Intuitive and easy training means clients are up and running within days of an established launched date. Large, multi location users may choose to migrate CertFocus into their processes on a location by location basis.
Vendor Partnerships Program
A solution that grows ever more popular, our CertFocus Vendor Partnerships Program accepts COIs from your vendors and subcontractors – and your business partners share in the cost of filing their COI’s. For a very nominal fee, vendors and subcontractors will receive a user/login and track their compliance to your requirements. Your business partners, while sharing the cost of the CertFocus system, are rewarded with the ability of having a sure-fire way to provide you with compliance, so they can be paid promptly and get back to business.
Through the Vendor Partnership solution, the risk manager ends up with a state-of-the-art COI compliance system with no additional cost: a true win-win solution.
